PLEASE NOTE : Our rental services are exclusively available to professional photographers and businesses ONLY. If you do not fall into these categories, we kindly ask that you arrange for a professional photographer or business entity to make the rental request on your behalf.

🌸 Prices shown are for LOCAL PICKUP/ RETURNS ONLY. Please note ALL reservations also reflect a 3 day rental period.

 🌸 Please make sure to reserve your gown at least 2 DAYS PRIOR to the date needed.

🌸 All rentals are subject to a three-day minimum booking period. Please note that any rental period must extend over at least two consecutive days to meet our service conditions.

🌸 All dresses MUST be returned in the same CONDITION it was received in.  You will be responsible for any damages. Minor damages are to be expected and are not charged to you. To avoid potential damages it is best to have the dress lifted up as you walk so it's not dragging on the ground. If taken photos outside on rocks, benches etc it is best to lay a towel or something under the model to prevent snags. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out. 



  • This agreement, entered into by You (the RENTEE) and Bears Couture Rentals (the RENTER), pertains to the exclusive rental of items available on Bears Couture Rentals. By booking and paying for the use of RENTAL items (gown/accessories), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
    1 Purpose: This website (Bears Couture Rentals) facilitates the booking of gown and accessory rentals from our collections.
    2 Rental Period: You agree to keep the RENTAL item(s) in your possession for the agreed-upon rental period. Items must be shipped back to Bears Couture Rentals on or before the last day of the rental term.
    3 Late Fee: Any item(s) not returned on time will incur a $50 per day late fee, invoiced and payable within 24 hours of receipt.
    4 Responsibility: Upon delivery, you are responsible for the RENTAL item(s). It is recommended to use a secured shipping location. Bears Couture Rentals is not liable for items left unattended or lost/stolen packages.
    5 Care Instructions: Treat the RENTAL item(s) with utmost care. No food or beverage is allowed near the items. They should not be used in water or wet outdoor conditions. Alterations or attempts to clean/repair are prohibited.
    6 Damages: You are responsible for any loss, destruction, or damage beyond reasonable wear and tear. Inspection will be conducted upon return, and costs for repairs or replacement will be determined by Bears Couture Rentals.
    7 Replacement Cost: The replacement cost, determined solely by Bears Couture Rentals, may be retail, market value, or up to 200 percent of the retail cost. This amount is invoiced and payable within fourteen (14) days of receipt.
    8 Refunds: No refunds are provided once the booking and payment for RENTAL item(s) are made. In case of circumstances beyond your control, contact us to discuss possible alternatives or rescheduling at no additional cost.
    9 Shipping Charges and Taxes: Shipping charges and applicable taxes are not included in the posted RENTAL fee. These will be determined at checkout or by mutual agreement. You are responsible for return shipping charges. It is advised you insure each dress up to retail value. By opting out from insuring the return dress you are at risk for any loss items. This falls back under line 6 & 7 All items sent to you are always insured at the retail value in case of loss or damaged items.
